RPG Rush and all related content, including but not limited to cards, artwork, music, text, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify Game content
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission
• Create derivative works based on the Game
• Sell, rent, or otherwise commercialize the Game

RPG Rush may offer in-game purchases for virtual items, card packs, or premium features. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• We may modify or discontinue virtual items at any time
• You are responsible for any charges incurred on your account
• Prices may change without notice

If you are under 18, you must have parental consent before making any purchases.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Game, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Game ceases immediately.
